Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated upon check-out. There is no charge for local deliveries with 20 miles of Bend, Oregon. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery or local pick-up. If you pick local delivery upon check out but are not local, I will cancel the order so it can be reprocessed accordingly. 

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
